Hi everyone! Welcome to my Business. I created Vintage Orchid Events in 2021 right after I got married. During COVID, I realized how hard planning a massive event with restrictions could be! There were multiple nights where I just wanted to throw in the towel and give up on my dream day. Good thing I didn't!
Thanks to those trying times, I learned some tricks and gained resources and knowledge of the event industry. I even became fully licensed in event planning and marketing!
My goal in creating this business is to assist clients with creating memorable events with as little stress as possible. Let me do all the heavy lifting!
Event Planning and Event Coordination are two separate things in this industry. We offer both for our clients.
Event Planning takes care of everything from color schemes to specialized vendors to even the material of tablecloths. We take the guesswork out of the picture. Hesitant about calling vendors? Not sure what you're looking for? Our talented team can assist you with all of your planning needs.
Event Coordination is slightly less involved. Coordination covers the vendors to assure that they are where they need to be at the appropriate time as well as making sure the event flows flawlessly. This title makes your day-of event stress-free because we will do everything for you!
